LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM - Coastal Water Filters

Start Earning Points and Entries as soon as you sign up. Earn 10,000 Bonus just for creating a Rewards Account! One account per company.² A customer ID is generated by Coastal Water Filters, and can be requested from any Coastal Water Filters associate.

The first Monthly Raffle Drawing will be held on 9/1/2025 for a $500 gift card of your choice. Monthly Prizes will vary from month to month. A yearly Grand Prize Raffle will be held on the first of the year. The first yearly Grand Prize Raffle Drawing will be on 1/1/2027 for a well-equipment NEW Ford F-150 – Details will be shared when the new models come out next year.³

All customers will start out earning 1 point for every $1 spent. More points will be earned per dollar spent as Loyalty Rewards Levels are achieved each month. The more you purchase, the more you earn.⁴

BONUS Points and Entries will also be earned with qualifying payments. These bonus points will be posted to your account according to when and how you pay.⁵

Points can be redeemed for a wide variety of gift cards, discounts on purchases, branded merchandise, or additional entries for drawings. Raffle Entries:

Earn one entry for every $100 spent calculated at the time of purchase.

3 Monthly Entries will reset each month, but continue to accrue for Year End Grand Prize Drawing. After the Grand Prize Drawing is completed, those entries will also reset. Winners will be notified promptly and their company name published.

Late payment results in the forfeit of payment bonus points.
Invoices over 31 days past due will forfeit all earned points & entries on that Invoice.
Accounts over 60 days past due will be considered delinquent & forfeit ALL account points & will be ineligible for raffle winnings.
Coastal Water Filters, INC. reserves the right to end the Rewards Program at any time without notice and to cancel any Customer Account, at any time, for any reason, such as but not limited to: If a Member becomes delinquent, violates, or is suspected to have violated, the Terms or any Agreement between the Customer and CWF (including the Terms of Use), engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct (as determined at our sole discretion), violates any federal or state laws, statutes, or ordinances, or otherwise abuses the Rewards program (as determined by our sole discretion.)
Similarly, such action by the customer may result in the loss of benefits accrued under the Program.
